All O’Honey sales are final.

Because we sell food, skincare, and handmade products, we cannot accept returns. This protects every customer; we would never resell anything that’s left our hands.

That said, we stand behind every item we make. If something arrives damaged, is the wrong product, or there’s an error on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
